FAQ

What are your office hours?

Our offices are open Monday through Friday from 7:45AM – 6PM.

What do I do in case of emergency?

Emergency situations arise when we least expect them and handling them in a timely manner is important to us. Our office is on call 24 hours a day and 7 days a week to handle your needs.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Your health is our primary concern and we will be sensitive to your financial circumstances. Payment arrangements are required at the time services are performed. For your convenience, we accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, cash and personal checks. Third party financing and payment plans are also available. Please contact our office for details.

Do you accept insurance?

Our office has the ability to submit dental claims electronically. As a courtesy, we will file all insurance claims on your behalf. However, we remind you that your policy is an agreement between you and your insurance carrier, not between your insurance carrier and our office. We can make no guarantee of any estimated coverage, but we’ll do our best to see that you receive your maximum benefits. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for your total obligation should your insurance benefits result in less coverage than anticipated.

Do you use amalglam fillings?

Amalgam (metal) fillings are a thing of the past. We only place composite or ceramic fillings.

How dangerous are dental x-rays?

We use digital x-rays that significantly reduce the amount of radiation exposure by up to 90%

Is it possible to place veneers without any tooth preparation?

Yes. In some cases no-prep veneers are placed without even using the drill!

Can tooth whitening damage my teeth?

Whitening can sometimes make teeth more sensitive immediately following treatment. This hypersensitivity subsides within 24 hours. The treatment does not adversely affect enamel or compromise other vital tooth structures.
